Creating a Purchase Order

Purchase Orders in LilyPad Vortex can only be created by customers. Purchase Orders are indicated as “Inbound Inventory” in the “Orders” section in the top right.

1. Purchase Orders can be created by Customers when a vendor is selected for them.
   • You can add a vendor to a customer in the customer creation page.

1. When that customer logs in, they will see a tab on the header that says “Inbound Inventory”.
   • This will let the customer know that they are currently filling out a Purchase Order.

1. Customers can then add the items they want and adjust the quantity in the cart.

1. When the customer has entered all the necessary information, select place order at the bottom right to submit the order.
