1. Scan or enter in the purchase order to start the receiving process. Then click on the order number to open it.

1. Users will then see the all the parts in the purchase order. You can look up parts using the search bar or scan a barcode to pull up the part.

1. Click on the part you want to receive and then enter the quantity and location into the pop-up on the right. When you finish entering the information, the green arrow will change into a truck to indicate the part has been received.
   1. There may be more fields to fill out like expiration date and tracking if needed for the part.
