How to log back in after changing Fishbowl Admin Password:
If you are planning on switching your Fishbowl admin password, make sure to change your password in Vortex to your new Fishbowl admin password before changing it in Fishbowl.
If you change your Fishbowl admin password first, you will not be able to log back into Vortex.
If you have changed your Fishbowl admin password already here are some ways to log back into Vortex:
Change your Fishbowl back to the old admin login and then go to Vortex and change the login to the new admin password. Then go and switch your Fishbowl to the new admin login once again.
If you do not have your old Fishbowl login anymore, contact our support with your new admin password and we may be able to log you in.
